Registration Terms & Conditions 2025/2026

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Submission of the registration form indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the policies outlined below. (These policies apply to all our programs – Primary – Intermediate and Pro-Session)

  1. Registration & Payment Policy
  • Payment for sessions must accompany the registration form, along with all required waivers signed.
  • If you have any questions about payment, please contact London Soccer Academy via phone: 647-709-7094 or email: info@londonsocceracademy.com before submitting.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, or cheque (payable to The London Soccer Academy Inc.).
  • Verbal registrations will not be accepted.
  • Payments are due monthly on the same day your child initially joined LSA, regardless of missed sessions.
  • All late payment is subject to $20 dollars
  1. Late Payment Fee
  • A $25 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 5th day in the current session.
  • Additional late fees of $10 per day will be charged for each day the payment remains unpaid beyond the 5th day.
  • If payments remain overdue for more than 10 days, your child will be removed from the program until the balance is cleared.
  1. Suspension of Services
  • If payment is not made within 15 days of the due date, your child will not be allowed to attend any further training sessions until the outstanding balance, including late fees, is paid in full.
  • Reinstatement of participation will occur only once full payment has been received.
  1. Notification of Late Payment
  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to the payment due date, and another reminder 5 days after the due date.
  • If no payment is received after these notifications, a final warning will be sent, and your child will be suspended from attending sessions.
  1. Missed Classes & Make-Up Policy
  • Missed classes due to illness must be communicated to LSA in writing with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • For unforeseen circumstances, notice will be accepted until 9:00 AM on the day of the session.
  • This policy is in place to ensure organizational and pickup safety. If no notification is received, your child will not be on the pickup list for that day.
  • A maximum of one (1) make-up class per season is permitted for illness-related absences only.
  • Make-up classes are not offered for any other reason.
  • Switching days or making any changes are not allowed in the current session due to full capacity and limited availability. You may request changes to the following sessions if capacity allows.
  1. Season Definitions:
  • Fall: September – December
  • Winter: January – March
  • Spring: April – June
  • Summer Camp: June – July
  1. Refund & Credit Policy
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to [info@londonsocceracademy.com] no later than 5 days before the start of a new session.
  • All refunds are subject to a $65 administration fee per refund request minus the classes attended or the credit can be applied to a future program pending availability.
  • Approved credits may be applied to a future session, pending availability.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Cash refunds will be issued via cheque only.
  • If the child wants to leave the soccer program completely, LSA will require (30) days written notice before the next new sessions/program commences. All requests must be received in writing.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  1. Withdrawal from the Program
  • Due to high demand and a waitlist of children, LSA requires a 30-day written notice before the start of the next session if you intend to leave the program.
  • Failure to provide proper notice will result in a full payment being charged for the upcoming session.
  1. Terms of Agreement
  • I/We give consent for my child to participate in all LSA training and related activities.
  • I/We release and indemnify The London Soccer Academy Inc. and its staff from any and all claims for damages arising from injuries or incidents during participation.
  • Note:Shin guards and gym shoes are mandatory.
  • I/We authorize LSA staff to seek emergency medical care for my child if I or the emergency contact cannot be reached.
  • I/We understand that LSA is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during the program.
  • I/We acknowledge that the Program Director has the right to terminate a child’s registration if deemed necessary for the well-being of the child or the program.
  • I/We give permission for LSA to use photos or videos of my child taken during games, practices, or events for promotional and website use.
  • I/We agree to provide 30 days written notice prior to withdrawing my child from the LSA program.
  1. Medical & Liability Waiver
  • As the parent/legal guardian of the registered child, I confirm that the information provided is accurate. I grant permission for my child to participate in all program activities and assume all associated risks, including serious injury. I release The London Soccer Academy Inc., its staff, and other participants from liability arising from participation.
  • I/We have read, understood, and agree to all information in this registration package, including payment, refund, and attendance policies.
