PRO Session

4:30 PM - 4:35 PM: Arrival & Warm-Up

• Players arrive 5 minutes earlier, check in with coaches.
• Dynamic warm-up exercises focused on soccer specific movement or incorporating the ball.

4:35 PM - 4:50 PM: Skill Drills

• Dribbling: Fun cone drills to improve ball control.
• Passing: Partner passing exercises to enhance technique and teamwork.
• Shooting: Target practice with fun challenges.

5:00 PM - 5:10 PM: Team Building Activity

• Fun games that promote teamwork and communication, such as ball possession retention, relay races, obstacle courses.

5:10 PM - 5:20 PM: Mini-Games

• Split players into small teams for game-like scenarios.
• Emphasis on applying skills learned during drills into a game setting.

5:20 PM - 5:30 PM: Cool Down & Wrap-Up

• Stretching exercises to cool down.
• Group discussion: What did you learn today? What was your favorite part?
• Announcements for upcoming events or games.
