PRIMARY PROGRAM (AGES 4-11)
Our Primary Program is designed to introduce the youngest players to the world of soccer. Here, children learn the fundamentals of the game, including dribbling, passing, and shooting, in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and teamwork among young players.
PRIMARY PROGRAM SESSION TIMELINE
Price is per 8 classes twice a week. $285 (Program continues through Sept 9th 2024 to Jun 11th 2025 (New date will be posted each school year).
3:00—3:10 pm Grade JK – Grade 1 students will be picked up by staff member from their designated school exits & escorted to the field/dome/gym. Grade 1 to 5 will come on their own. Equipment required soccer attire, indoor or outdoor soccer shoes, shin guards and ball (size 3 for U8 year olds, size 4 for 8 -U12 year olds.)
3:15—3:20 pm warm up & stretching activities
3:20—3:35 pm Coordination skills : balance , footwork & agilities, ball comfort skills, one player one ball, improving the player’s touch with both feet.
3:35-4:00 pm Technical training with an emphasis on a particular skill e.g. passing the ball with different surfaces of the foot.
4:00-4:25pm Small sided games that are age appropriate.
4:30pm Wrap up & player pick up by parents on field, dome or gym.
