Refund requests must be received by email to (info@londonsocceracademy.com) not more than 5 days in advance before the LSA new session begins. All refunds are subject to a $60 administration fee per refund request minus the classes attended or the credit can be applied to a future program pending availability.
Regarding cancellations, making changes to the schedule or of opting out of the weekly sessions/classes, Parent need to give us (2) weeks written notice and a $60 dollars administration fee will be applicable.
If the child wants to leave the soccer program completely, LSA will require (30) days written notice before the next new sessions/program commences. All requests must be received in writing.
Refunds will be processed via the same method in which payment was received, with the exception of cash, in which case a cheque will be issued.
