Refund Policy

  1. Refund requests must be received by email to (info@londonsocceracademy.com) not more than 5 days in advance before the LSA new session begins. All refunds are subject to a $60 administration fee per refund request minus the classes attended or the credit can be applied to a future program pending availability.
  2. Regarding cancellations, making changes to the schedule or of opting out of the weekly sessions/classes, Parent need to give us (2) weeks written notice and a $60 dollars administration fee will be applicable.
  3. If the child wants to leave the soccer program completely, LSA will require (30) days written notice before the next new sessions/program commences. All requests must be received in writing.
  4. Refunds will be processed via the same method in which payment was received, with the exception of cash, in which case a cheque will be issued.
